How we can help
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
We provide a comprehensive assessment to identify an individual’s ability to perform daily tasks and activities. These assessments identify support needs in areas such as personal care, mobility, cognitive functioning, and community participation. Reports are detailed and aligned with funding requirements to ensure appropriate support is provided.
Complex Home Modifications Assessments
We provide an in-depth assessment of home environments to recommend structural changes that enhance accessibility, safety, and independence. This includes modifications such as wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, widened doorways, or kitchen adjustments tailored to current and future needs. We will coordinate with the most reliable builders in South Australia to ensure work is done correctly to Australian Standards.
Assistive Technology Assessments:
We provide individualized assessments to identify suitable assistive devices and technologies that promote independence and functionality. This process includes an in-home assessment, trials of equipment, and training to ensure successful integration into daily life. We work with some of South Australia's best equipment supplier to ensure our clients are prescribed the correct equipment and also receiving the best aftermarket care possible.
Home and Living Assessments:
We provide a holistic evaluations of living environments to support applications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or Supported Independent Living (SIL). These assessments consider both immediate and long-term needs for safe and functional living arrangements.
Sensory-Based Assessments for Neurodivergent Clients
We provide specialised assessments designed for individuals with sensory processing differences. These assessments focus on understanding sensory needs and recommending strategies or tools to enhance comfort and participation in daily activities
